So I have a Q6600 (G0 Stepping) and will be getting a Asus P5Q (P45 chipset) motherboard. I currently have a Asus P5N32-E SLI Plus (560i chipset), I get a max of about 3.0ghz overclock with it. Will the P5Q allow for more overclocking potential then the P5N32-E?
О как! Возможно виновата была не сама карта, а кекст, отвечающий за ее работу, возможно какой-то левый ставили в попытках завести... хотя фиг его знает.
So I'm getting a q9550 and p5q-d setup and want to overclock it to at least 3800Mhz. I don't want to build an i7 rig because I think this will be fast enough and I don't mind socket 775 as a dead socket. I would just build a complete new rig later when I do want to use a new platform.
